I found this diet online about six years ago and tried it. At that time, I weighed 143 lbs (I am a 5'5 athletic female). Many diets are marketed to people who have a lot of weight to lose and eat poorly, but I already ate healthily, was active, and only wanted to lose about 15 pounds. However, I was stuck at 143 lbs. I then found and tried the 11-day version of the diet twice and lost 12 pounds. I was amazed. I was eating the same things I already ate every day (e.g., salads, fruit, omelets, lean chicken, nuts) but losing weight. Over the last few years, when pounds have crept on due to a number of factors, I have used the diet again with good results. The website says you can lose up to 9 lbs in 11 days. Typically, I experience about 4-6 pounds of weight loss in each cycle of 11 days, if I do it right. It's not 9 lbs, but that is pretty good, especially for someone who does not have much weight to lose. By day three, I can see a change on the scale, which keeps me going.
